I have been wondering all year why he comes off the field in passing situations. When PSU goes Nickle, Cabinda and Reeder stay on the field. When I watch Bell when he is in the game against the pass, he does very well in pass coverage and has a couple of Int's. I also feel he is our best pass rushing LB so why is he not on the field in passing situations?
