- This should be no surprise. Faison-Walden's transfer has been rumored for weeks now. He now joins Isaiah Humphries, Manny Bowen and Irvin Charles as the four PSU scholarship players seeking transfers. It's unclear if any other players plan to leave at this time. Personally, I expect at least 2-3 players to leave early for the NFL, but that's just my opinion.
From what I've gathered, this move has been in the works for awhile, so it shouldn't change much in the short-term for Penn State's Class of 2019. We still expect the staff to just add Lance Dixon and Brandon Smith at the linebacker position, although we'll continue to monitor the position once we get past the early signing period. We know they've continued to show interest in Harrisburg native Andre White, but he's expected to sign with Texas A&M Wednesday
