RS-freshman are actually "sophomores" academically, age-wise and physically. IMar is not a "freshman" in college - and it is a huge distinction with a meaning... Very few "true freshman" are able to do what Zain Retherford did last year for example. Huge difference, especially physically and experience-wise (given that you still compete unattached against collegiate competition your actual freshman year) between a real "freshman" and a sophomore competing as a "RS-freshman". The announcers are acting like he is just out of highschool and I do not believe this is the case.
