Hoping those of you who have subscribed before can answer a question for me since their live chat was completely useless. If I sign up for just the month of March on the website, will I need to cancel the service myself physically before the end of March? Or will it automatically cancel and I won't be charged for April without having to take any action?

I'm not an expert, and I subscribe for the whole wrestling season (so have no experience with a 1-event situation); but I think you normally sign up for a monthly plan, and thus would have to unsubscribe. It's not a hard thing to do. I'll be doing it right after the B1G's.
I've been signing up 1 month at a time during the wrestling season. There is actually now a checkbox for "Automatically resubcribe". If you uncheck that, it will automatically unsubscribe after 1 month. Of course, if you didn't already do that, you'll have to manually unsubscribe now. But in the future, you can just do that.

You can't sign up for "just the month of March." The subscription (monthly) goes on 30-days from the date you sign up. As for paying, you choose either the yearlong option (Penn State only), or the monthly auto-renewing option (Penn State only). If you choose (like most of us who get it just for wrestling) the monthly option, then you cancel when you are done with it. It's as easy as could be. You go into "My Account", then "My Subscriptions" and click "Cancel Subscription." Piece of cake.

Yes, not based on personal knowledge as I get all sports all teams, but many have chimed in that they get PSU only and got all of the BIG matches in the past, which makes sense since they are showing each mat and would have no easy way to filter out none PSU matches.
I just did a live chat with them, I currently subscribe to "penn state" only, and he told me I needed the full conference package to see the tournament...$14.95 according to him, so I guess I will be upgrading before Saturday!!
I don't think that will work for Big Tens according to what they told me, you need the 14.95 plan, whatever that is called.
i wouldnt spend the money until Saturday.... I watched last year with only the PSU plan. maybe it has changed. or maybe the customer service guy was clueless.
Would wait till Sat. also..Big ten is so dam money hungry it worked for me last year also and I only had the Iowa plan.

my cable provider is local. Now I can't use Big Ten2Go because my cable provider is not on there list. So I checked with provider and he told me would have to pay them more money and not many of his customers would use BigTen2Go.

That's what I plan to do but if we are not able to get the tournament will we be able to simply upgrade for $5.00 or will we find two bills on our cards. I simply don't trust their honesty or competence.

I was told you could not upgrade. I asked if I could do that as I was already subscribed to Penn State only.
Just got this reply from BTN support in regards to whether I can get the Big10 wrestling tourney with a school pass like last year OR need to upgrade to a full Conference Pass like has been hinted at for this year?

Well...that sucks.
I also was fine with the team pass last year but didnt sign up till the last minute; I was told they were allowing it as a "one-time" thing.
This year I didnt want to wait till the last minute, so signed up for conference pass this morning, and now they act like there was a technical issue they needed to correct.
The extra $5 is inconsequential, but boy I hate feeling like I have been misled and ripped off.

Thanks. I haven't signed up yet, and they are still telling me that I need the full conference pass. They are certainly sending out mixed signals. Can anyone else confirm that they are on the school only plan and are getting all mats this morning? Thanks in advance.

You can click the box to not resubscribe. It works...I did it last year with no issues, and I did it again this year. Also, the school pass will work. I talked with the chat people twice and received two different answers. On Tuesday they told me I needed a conference pass, and last night they told me that a school pass would be fine. Last year I watched everything with just my school pass, and right now I'm streaming all mats with no issues with a school pass.
I have 4 separate windows open, one for each mat.
Is there a way to reduce the size and get all 4 in one window?
