Look, you can't force people to practice good hygiene. No 'nationwide mandate' is going to fix it. Just like you can't make NJPSU wash his hands after he goes to the bathroom. So if you're going to judge Trump based on his "coronavirus response"
then judge him on this. It's something over which he has some measure of control (i.e. ventilators, mobile hospitals, etc...). Stop acting like a moron.
