FWIW, my perception of the last couple years is congruent with what he is saying from "inside the clubhouse".
Was hard to see any "leadership" (for lack of a better term) on that club last year - from Hurdle on down.

Maybe they can turn things around now that Cutch is gone (and the "face of the franchise" changes)

Nothing will ever change until the owner sells or dies. The players all know that he doesn't care about winning. If they were to get close to winning, like they did a few years ago, he doesn't try to win more. He just leverages their success into more money for himself. He is nothing more than a modern robber baron.
