Taxes on insurance companies
Medical Device taxes
Taxes on Cadillac plans

The repeal of these taxes will increase the deficit by $400 billion over 10 years. Of course these taxes never went into effect from the start. Reason is that democrats realized that these taxes would INCREASE to price of healthcare.

Add these taxes to the cancelled taxes (that weren't taxes) for not buying insurance.

Of course the even bigger issue is the doc fix. Remember when Obama took $700 billion from the Medicare trust fund to help pay for Obamacare? Then he said it wouldn't hurt Medicare because the government would lower reimbursement rates to providers by a like amount. What a hoax. There were 17 doc fixes between 2003 and 2014.

So much for not adding one dime to the deficit.
