We've all heard now how the team buried the tape on the practice field with a shovel to help them move on. It sounds fun and symbolic to help the team get over the loss, but was that the best way to motivate the guys?

When Alabama lost to A&M with Johnny Manziel, Saban played the tape on repeat throughout the rest of the season, all off-season and during the fall leading up to the game. Urban Meyer did the same thing with Virginia Tech last year. These two coaches are by far the top two coaches in college football and I'd rather use their strategy then try to forget what happened. Put it in the kids faces, make them remember how bad it was and motivate them to never want to watch that game ever again. Theres a reason why the NFL wants offensive linemen who can play with a nasty streak. Make the oline pissed and make them watch all 10 sacks to start every meeting and practice.

That's what I'd do and seems Saban and Meyer would do the same. Your thoughts?
