Hello,

Has anyone successfully gotten a subscription for Blue White Illustrated magazine, the regular printed/ mailed edition? I attempted to purchase a subscription as a gift, was charged twice, have not received anything (it has been >1 month) and have had less than zero success trying to reach out to "customer service".

Any info would be much appreciated.

Call (800) 282-1629 during normal EDT business hours. If you call outside of normal business hours, you'll be dealing with a service, and while they should be able to assist you, the situation you described is a tad unusual, and I would advise against dealing with the service. If you call during normal business hours, you should be speaking with Christine McLellan, and she's very good at resolving subscription issues.

It also depends on when you ordered, in terms of why there may have been a delay in receiving an issue. There is no issue in June. In July there is a pre-season issue.

For anyone who has issues in the future I strongly recommend reaching out to these gentlemen who's info I found on this forum. The general Rivals.com customer service is worthless, but the BWI direct staff were very helpful and resolved the issue very quickly. Thanks guys!
