By my math, Gary Schultz should have been released today. Any sightings?

When Curly and Schultz are released will they be able to talk freely about the ncident(s) or are they under some type of gag order?
While they may not be under a gag order per se, I assume they'll be under some type of court supervision until their max date. That supervision comes with whatever conditions the court sees fit. What those conditions may be is anyone's guess.

They won't be saying anything while the total term of their sentences are still running (total of 2 years at this point, but there is some discretion to shorten that for 'good behavior'). The court also has the discretion to alter the various aspects (jail, house arrest, probation) of their sentences if they do something to 'upset' the court. So, if they could speak out and say anything that is counter to testimony or to whatever before the two years is up, the judge could decide to return them to jail.
I do not know whether or not to expect anything from them at all, but certainly not for the next 2 years, unless the sentence is commuted.
I hope they spill their versions, but it's their lives to be managed as they see best.

I'm Facebook friends with Gary Schultz and he's says he looks forward to telling his side of the story. I do understand that he may not want to talk until the house arrest is over.

FYI, I have no doubt that Schultz believes that Jerry Sandusky is innocent. When you consider that the PA Attorney General practically admitted they sought prison sentences for Curley, Schultz, and Spanier in order to stick it to John Ziegler, its understandable that Gary's probably keeping quiet out of fear of a greater punishment.
