Why not? He coached a team with six freshmen to a much closer than expected second place finish. He coached four wrestlers to national championships, three of them placing higher than seed. Look at the deference results from C-Star in less than two weeks. That is coaching. And I think that is the root of his frustration with Joe Lee. The coaches had a plan for him to follow and he ignored it, which arguably cost the team a national championship.

Yikes on that title, you are 1 letter away from an entirely different meaning...lol

Cael ABUSED THE POSION DWARFS AGAIN!!! They bring 10 senior laden guys to the Dance can only get 3 in the finals and then can crown only 1 champion and lose both head-to heads to us!!! LOL!! They need to bow every time Cael walks by them!!!

Cael and his management philosophy should be studied and applied. Every year his studs peak at the absolute right time. Incredible value for the real world and business. What do think that’s worth?

It wasn't just Joe Lee. We spotted them a weight class at 149. If we would have settled on someone early and stuck with them 149, we would could have pulled it out. Brady going down with an injury was tough as well along with Beard's conditioning breakdowns as well. It was a few things beyond Joe Lee. What we did in the finals was amazing. We are set to decimate everyone for the next 5 year!

Robbie has potential for NC at 125
RBY - How manay NCs will win?
Nick Lee - Solved the Hairy Riddler problem!! Zane II NOW!
Van Ness or Barrett at 149 - Two killas that will wipe the floor with Max Murin!
Brady/Bearclough (speedy recovery my friend) can take Young at Iowa
165 - Not giving up on Joe. Belief me Cael and Casey know what to do with Joe.
174 - Can Carter win 4 NCs? Wouldn't doubt it.
182 - Brooks is 2 for 2 and I don't see anyone stopping him over the next two years. He is still finding his superpowers.
197 - Bears is bull! Just needs 2 quarts of that special Mountain Dew that is banned in a couple of states before his matches and he will be fine. It will be fun to see him tangle with Ferrari (and his 700 pound deadlift) next year.
HWT - A healthy Kirk with 25 pounds of more muscle will be right up their with Parris and Gable and should flay that tub of lard Cassioppi!

All Hail Cael!!!

We have known for at least a decade that Cael (all three C's really) has a superior plan for ensuring his team peaks at nationals like no other team. The COVID pandemic has foisted upon us a grand social experiment in countless areas of national and personal life. I have been both eager and anxious to see if Cael's plan could work in a kooky, shortened COVID season. Last night answers that question with a resounding YES!

I am not sure if Cael is downplaying what the coaching staff does, or of there really is something in the simplicity of it. Either way, something the coaching staff is doing has magic in it, or some logical code-breaking.
If bottled for leadership purposes, I would buy it!
