Cael and Penn State, including living in Central PA -- a match made in heaven.
Cael has become quite photogenic...pictures with 2 big fish in the past few weeks.
You are right. But our small mouth population is top notch and a smallie on light tackle is pretty darn fun. We also have great walleye fishing too. Ill try to remember to post a pick in a few months, but guys go to Canada for the size we catch nightly.
That is why God created the 6 weight fly rod. If smallies were anadromous like steelhead, nobody would fish for anything else.
Maybe it's my constantly-diminishing standards, but I'd rather have her on a rod than Cael's fish.
Interesting pic, El-Jefe. Is there an interesting story that goes with it? Who is the gentleman in the black Hawkeye shirt?
Love wading the flats from Liverpool to just above Dauphin. I have caught smalls, walleye and a musky all in the same stretch. Tons of good water in this area. Actually caught a largemouth just below Clarks ferry - weird.
Our Hawk friends probably remember this better ... it was a charity swimming race between the twins a couple years ago. No idea who the 4th guy is.
I am sure he has sampled the Green Drake on Penns Creek. If you catch it at the right time you will never forget it.
Was I the only guy expecting to see a pic of Cael with Mikey Tog's wife?
