Calling audiophiles

If it can improve dialog for home theater that's a huge win. I just have a basic 5.1 system but dialog on so many sources can be really muddled, while everything else is much louder. That's my #1 complaint about home audio anymore. I find myself watching with captions on far more often as a result.

My home audio system is a Polk center channel speaker, Dayton Audio subwoofer, 1985 Ohm Walsh 4 front speakers and Mirage OMD-5 rear surrounds. Only occasionally have to adjust center channel volume for better dialog sound. Purchased the Walsh 4’s for $800 new in 1985. Haven’t found anything less than $4k per pair that sounds close to them. Can’t get the Mirage speakers anymore as Klipsch bought them out awhile ago. I don’t thInk I can find any system any better for less than$5k.

I believe this system is coming in for ~ $1,000.
