Can Jason Oweh really be this fast?

I heard when it happened. Jayson is really that fast. Parsons actually said it a couple weeks ago that Oweh has him in the 40. He is freakish fast
I’m sorry but that’s damn near inhuman. If he learns to shed O Line tackles as fast some quarterbacks are going to be in a world of hurt.
Well, the 40 times are suspect. But Micah is fast, and Oweh is faster -- that's good stuff.
Both Parsons and Oweh’s times are unheard of for humans that size. Those are both first round NFL measurables. If the light goes on for Oweh in the rest of his game, he’ll be unstoppable.

Those times seem crazy fast. But, someone pointed out recently the guys are running faster at the combine than the times listed on the PSU board. Have you seen a time for Hamler yet?

I was just about to point that out. When they are getting to the combine they are matching the times recorded by Galt and staff. At this point the times should not be suspect if you are paying attention.
If he's really that fast, put him at WR. A 6'5" 260#, 4.33 40yrd. dash nightmare.
The defense is actually getting faster by the 1/100ths of a second.
What would a guy named Michael Johnson know about speed?
Barton Simmons on his latest podcast remarked about how fast the D looked in the spring game, and about how they were flying to the ball. This D has the potential to be a great one, numbers are no joke folks.

This D has the kind of speed you usually see on an Ohio State D (which makes sense -- a lot of them were recruited by Meyer). They will be too much athletically for 90% of the offenses they face this fall. If they can stay healthy they could break some records for sacks and TFLs.
He looked fast in the blue white game. There were two plays later in the game where he ran right around number 55 at OT. Lucky for the QB, he wasn't allowed to lay a hit. Would have been ugly.
The best thing is if he can cover, he can take a TE out of the game. He would be just as tall and big, but faster them most TE's

Seems so much more appropriate for the Lion to be stalking and slaughtering rather than throwing passes and running for his life. If Mr Oweh learns the game, it'd be fun to unleash him from all kinds of positions and let opposing OC's deal with that nightmare.
But first he has to grasp the fundamentals... once he's got that... let's have some fun!

No the reason Georgia can't keep up with the big boys is because they have no AA's at D end.
Maybe in the NFL but not in college..The DE from Florida, I think his name is Polite, made Michigan's life miserable in the bowl game just with speed.
