Can you name the most recent NCAA Champion by PIAA District?

Here is who I have so far. Hopefully, I haven't missed anyone:

District 1 Mock (UNC) -- 1982
District 2 Gavin (Pitt) -- 2008
District 3 Ruth (Penn State) -- 2014 -- He obviously wrestled for Susquehanna Twp & Blair
District 4 Zain (Penn State) -- 2018
District 5
District 6 Wright (Penn State) -- 2013
District 7 Nolf and Joseph (Penn State) & Lee (Iowa) -- 2018
District 8
District 9 Collins (WVU) -- 1991
District 10 O'Day (Edinboro) -- 1989
District 11 Cruz (Lehigh) -- 2017
District 12

Zain Retherford (Benton) and Keith Gavin (Lackawanna Trail) are AA.

District 7 would be Joseph. Nolf held that distinction for about 15 minutes, until Joseph won. Lee was an hour before Nolf (and, why would you want to muck up your list with only the 13th rated PFP guy anyway)

Between 2000 - 2009, there were 14 NCAA championships won by wrestlers from PA. Only 2 wrestled for Penn State (Hunter & Davis).

Since 2010, there have been 18 NCAA championships won by wrestlers from PA. 14 of them have wrestled for Penn State.

Assuming my numbers are correct, here is the breakdown of NCAA championships won by each PIAA District since 2000:

District 1 -- 0
District 2 -- 1
District 3 -- 4
District 4 -- 3
District 5 -- 0
District 6 -- 3
District 7 -- 17
District 8 -- 0
District 9 -- 0
District 10 -- 0
