I had forgotten how bad topic view really was...

With football season in action over the last few months, and recruiting, and hiring a new OC, etc, there was always something interesting to discuss and multiple topics to delve into to see who had posted the latest nugget of information. On slow days/weeks, I'm reminded at how awful this new topic format is. I actually have to click on various topics with lame, uninteresting subject, just in hope of finding something interesting. I'm not saying that the percent of interesting posts has changed, but with thread view you were able to quickly skim and determine which posts were interesting. Also, people continuing to respond to topics that have absolutely no interest to me are constantly floating back to the top of the board. I know this is a first world problem... I just wanted to air my grievance in honor of Festivus.

Yeah, but I can now "like" your post - couldn't do that before.

Absolutely agree Ranger Dan. We appear to be stuck with this crappy topic view. You really have to spend so much time to actually view a real thread that you want to follow.

My grievance has nothing to do with this board or even football. I hate it when the golfing group in front of you walks off the green, gets in their cart, and sits there writing down their score. WTF. Move your ass to the next hole and writing it down there. Sorry I just had to vent. Now I feel better, until it happens again. Happy Festivus.

Should be punishable by tar and feathering and shot at sunrise, in my book!

And speaking of STEP, I do not have any tolerance for people who cannot accept the simple fact that Hitler obviously had the skull of a woman.

Funny, but if directed to me, you are confusing my unwillingness to watch "bigfoot hunt" shows with me having an opinion/care one way or the other about whether Hitler died in the bunker or not. My argument was why I don't care, not I believe he died in the bunker. Still, I'll give you credit for the funny post.

Some of us die in a bunker.....others, in the long rough or the water hazards.....some just can't putt.....and some just die when they put the peg in the ground on the first tee and balance a ball on it. It really just doesn't matter where you die!
