I’m not saying it’s a good thing at all. But humanity is pretty messed up. Way to many people are putting a heavy price on things that don’t matter in life. I think the current US government/world elite are going to get us long before the sun does. The worlds elite are openly calling for population reduction. We may be within a year or two of WWIII. If that doesn’t get us world wide debt will.

Population reduction is already occurring. Birthrates have fallen off the cliff from Europe to Asia, in some cases for generations now. And it is beginning to happen in the U.S. I started to follow this when Musk tweeted about it last year. The first world, particularly the centers of innovation, is suiciding itself. Japan and South Korea are facing extreme population decline, and countries like Germany and Italy are on the same trajectory. The U.S., while not as extreme , is on the same trajectory and has not produced replacement level birthrates since the early 70’s, hence the need for immigration. The numbers are quite damning and show no sign of reversing.
