Spring practice is half over and it was surprising when Coach Moorhead told the BTN in an interview last week that he's been able to install 85-percent of his offense in the first half of Penn State's spring practice session. Then today during a conference call with Grant Haley, he went on the record to say that both DT Kevin Givens [6-1, 275] and Sam OLB Manny Bowen [6-1, 214] were two players on defense that had an outstanding first two weeks of spring practice.
