The liberal government representatives of Chicago, in order to keep riots similar to Baltimore and Ferguson from happening, have charged a white police officer with first degree murder in the shooting of a black teen.
Now it doesn't seem to matter that the cop responded to a call of a crazed black male, with a knife, cutting tires and threatening people. When the cop gets there he empties his gun into the kid, all 16 rounds, killing him. So, they've charged him with premeditated murder to keep the crowd under control.
Now how in the world can they ever prove premeditation is beyond me, but this is the liberal world we live in.
