He has turned out to be a really good QB for Penn State. Most projections have Penn State in the Orange Bowl against Louisville or the Cotton Bowl against the G5 representative if they were to win out.

If UM plays in the NC, and PSU wins out, wouldn't they be tied to the Rose? Thought BIG10 #1 played in the Rose unless they are playing for the NC?

That's how I see it. OSU would have two conference losses; Penn State one. Mich would beat either Wisc or Neb in the title game. That would give Wisc a minimum of two BT losses and three overall. Neb would have no less than two conference losses, also. A question would remain how the Committee ranks PSU, OSU and Wisc. The latter two are ahead of us now; how much would they drop to an undefeated Mich? I think we'd jump Wisc. We should finish ahead of OSU given head to head, but how much "political" influence would OSU have despite that, and how much possible residual Sandusky negativity would some voters possibly have? The fact that the Committee ranked us 12 last Tuesday to the surprise and consternation of everyone not Penn State indicates PS would likely get a fair hearing.

I would gladly take the Orange Bowl against Lamar Jackson and Louisville. It would be a heck of a challenge for us

The question is, with Trace as a soph and not having physical attributes that lend well to the NFL (meaning, 0% chance he'll leave early), does Stevens transfer?
