I think civil discourse took a hit when America voted for Trump and 60 MM Americans became hysterical. That's not to say that these horrific event did make some on the left more hysterical yet.
Oddly enough, Beto isn't helping anything. Not even himself. Certainly not Americans. But yet he evidently feels very compelled to call another 60 MM Americans racists.... Then again, unhinged psychotics usually don't know what they are really doing.......
