Currently, PSU has 1779 points in the rivals rankings (#16) with 18 commits. Below I have a list of the 10 players in 2016 with scholarship offers right now and I've ordered them from most likely to pick PSU to least (In my humble opinion). Additionally, I have their rivals recruiting points in parentheses.

Assuming PSU gets Hudson and Ferns, we would have 1966 points for 20 players.
If PSU also adds White and McIlwain, PSU would be at 2056 (+210 points for KW and BM, - 120 points for removing two 5.5 players, the lowest ranked in the class, for net of +90)
A class of 22 players including the 4 above would land us at #17 (average of last 3 years).
Long way to go, but the top 10 is extremely unlikely. Top 15 will be tough at this point.
