Well, this settles it. They must have gotten word that it's back to business as usual. They had four of their long time liars on there and a newbie who tried to join the anti-Trump frenzy. It was pathetic. John King outright misrepresented what Trump said about the use of force to acquire foreign countries (immediately after proclaiming Trump lied numerous times during the presser).. Dana Bash was her typical self using inaccurate descriptions of events to castigate Trump. They all defended what Biden was doing to hinder the Trump Admin through his crazy actions because he had the right to fulfill his mandate up to his last minute in office. End of discussion. Nothing was said about the motives for those moves or their long term effect on the country. " Yes, CNN's 24/7 Trump bashing is back with a vengeance. They may have to take pay cuts, but, damn it, they will gladly do so if they can act out their TDS symptoms on TV everyday.

Well, back to the newbie. He must have thought as a newbie he'd impress the formidable panel of co-liars. He chose to take Trump's comments about Ashli Babbitt and the fact that Trump said the "insurrectionists" were unarmed and boy was he loaded for bear. He said that Trump's claims of the trespassers being unarmed had been disproven time and time again. To back that up, he first alluded to many of the armed "mob" had left before they could be apprehended. Oh, well, that is some evidence there. Then he said others were arrested and convicted for carrying arms on Capitol property. He read the entire list of SEVEN people. Six of which apparently never fired their weapons and the other fired a couple of shots into the air. That to him seemed to be the equivalent of the Normandy invasion. Seven arrests out of how many people who were in the Capitol protesting? That's Trump's big lie? The "mob" was armed based on this? He should have never gone there. He basically supported Trump's assertion.

You'd think the dumbass would have quit there, but nooooo way. He then turns to the shooting of Ashli Babbitt. Using the same type of ironclad conclusive evidence that he used to justify the claim that the "insurrection" was an "armed" one, he justifies Ashli Babbitt's shooting. First he noted that Ms Babbitt was "warned' not to go into the area that she was trying to access before she was shot. So, apparently it's CNN's position that if a person is warned not to TRESPASS, they are justified in being shot and killed if they defy that warning and TRESPASS That seems a bit harsh. I'll have to see if CNN uses the same reasoning when left wing rioters enter onto Federal property they have been warned not to enter. I'm sure that CNN will be consistent with this interpretation.... after all they are a major JOURNALISTIC organization.

But, Newbie was not done. He added that it was later determined Ashli Babbitt was also "ARMED" with a knife. I had a Eddie Bauer two inch knife confiscated from my key ring by the TSA shortly after 9/11, so I know the Feds take this kind of thing VERY seriously. But, I've seen the footage of Ms Babbitt trying to crawl through the broken window into the CP declared free fire zone where she was killed and I didn't see any evidence of her brandishing a knife. Did you? Maybe the hero Capitol police officer who shot her had x-ray vision and saw a machete-like knife she was carrying hidden in her clothing or something. Or, maybe the Feds made the whole damn knife thing up. But, the bottom line is the Capitol police are justified shooting people for TRESPASSING under the long established FAFO rule instituted long before this "insurrection". This just happens to be the first time it was used. And, CNN is cool with that. Good to know.

CNN makes me sick to my stomach. They have no intention to mend their ways. If anything they will be worse than ever.
