Frankly, I am gobsmacked it's only 14% given everything that's been thrown at him (pandemic, riots) and Biden essentially hiding out in a basement. Then too, there's the specter of the debate hanging over Biden's head like a Damocles Sword.
Also, in June 2016 Hillary led Trump by as much as 10-11% in some polls and Obama had no crises going down, whether real (pandemic) or imagined (systemic police racism). If I was a Democrat I wouldn't be getting giddy. The election is too far out.
