…but the CJF fanboy coaches knew better.

Wonder what think now? Will they ever admit that they are wrong. Doubt it.

This is was Illinois ‘21, all over again. Totally bullied.

It is (beyond) time.

We're unrealistic. We should never expect to contend for titles. We're basically Northwestern. We should just be happy we're even allowed to play football.

Same result. But Michigan is a much better team. And it was in their house. Unlike Illinois, which was PSU homecoming weekend.

I was starting to buy in that this year would be different. Silly me.

I'm kinda glad we don't play Illinois this year...

The problem is that Michigan's OL and DL did not look anywhere near as dominant against Iowa, Indiana, and Maryland and those teams went toe to toe with Michigan's lines for a good chunk of the game as I watched big chunks of those games. That's a HUGE concern for PSU going forward.

I actually think OSU's lines are as good - if not better - especially their DL this year as they rotate 10 to 11 DL throughout the game with their new defensive staff. They are specifically to stuff the run after the embarassment last year to Michigan. And Stroud just sits back in the pocket untouched as both their tackles - Paris Johnson and Duwand Jones - are projected to go in the first or second rounds of quite a few NFL draft predictions.
