I was looking over the Flo article listing the projected Scores at NCAA's based on the coaches rankings. There are only two teams projected to have 10 scoring wrestlers.....Ohio State ( picked to finish 2nd ) and Lehigh ( projected 7th ). I am assuming neither team has any chance to win because I keep reading you need 8 scoring wrestlers :).
Two schools show 9 scorers....both Penn State ( Projected 1st ) and Michigan ( projected 4th ). There are 5 schools projected to have 8 scoring wrestlers: Iowa (3rd ), Missouri ( 5th ), N.Carolina State ( 6th ), Oklahoma State ( 9th ) and North Carolina (26th ) Not a typo....North Carolina has 8 projected scorers.....slotted to finish 26th with 10 pts.
For you Pitt Lovers/Haters.....they are projected to finish 38th with 4 scoring wrestlers combining for 3.5 points.
Penn State's last opponent...Buffalo... comes in at number 50. And.....in a 5 way tie for the 51st spot....capturing the Wizard of Oz:: "It's going to get darker before it gets lighter" award is....drum roll.....Iowa State.....with one wrestler projected to score 1/2 point. Man.....what Chicken Blank. :)
Just for fun....I think the teams most likely to exceed their projection is Oklahoma State and Arizona State.. Most likely to fall short? I am torn between Lehigh and Missouri. Your turn

Funny. I think there is a good chance that Missouri, Lehigh and OkState all exceed their projections.

At the Pac-12 championships this weekend, Hall lost to Butler, who then lost to Dhesi in the finals. Could help Nick stay in top 6 at NCAAs, avoiding Coon and Snyder in the quarters. Assuming, of course, that Nick finishes no lower than 4th at B1gs.

Yeah, but want to avoid Dhesi now, too. Haha. He is beasting. Hammered Butler

If NN beats Stoll to finish 3rd, he’ll be seeded 4 at NCAAs at worst. Like someone said, Kasper losing would be big. Nick seeded 3 would be ideal. Get someone like Stoll, Hall or Butler in 1/4s
