Interesting transfer from Purdue. He transferred from PSU two years ago. Started last year Limited stats but big body, listed at 6'3" and 333 lbs. Wonder if he makes an impact at Texas, or they just have the luxury to sign an experienced big body as a depth piece.

Taquon Roberson also in the portal for the third time. How does this guy still have eligibility?

I know this now has become a business model. What lessons are we really teaching these athletes?

I usually don't like multi-tranfer guys, but in Brevard's case it seems reasonable. He went somewhere to get on the field, and apparently performed well enough to get a chance back at a blueblood program and probably made a buck or two. Not sure that he has what it takes to get a sniff in the league but he's in a place where many do.

He’s going to be 25 shortly after the season ends. 24 and 25 year old men should not be playing football with teenagers.

I wouldn’t know him if he walked into my house, but I agree with you unless it’s someone who was in the military. I mean, at some point, you need to face reality that you’re not going to be a pro player and get on with your life and be a productive member of society.

This bouncing around from school to school to delay your adult life is ludicrous and meaningless; a degree from Purdue University for somebody like him would mean much more than being a second or third string player for one season at Texas.

You can’t overlook the dumpster fire that is Purdue football right now. They just lost Dillon Theinenan, a big time Purdue legacy, to Oregon.

Brevard went to our local HS in Indiana. I was excited he chose PSU. I thought he would contribute. He left PSU to come back home and it was a disaster. I hate to see programs go through what Purdue is going through right now.
