Regardless of our rank, I cannot take a list seriously that has Northern Iowa at 18.

UCSD may not be recognized on the East Coast but it is really well respected on the West Coast and is ranked very highly in Engineering. As for Northern Iowa, that completely invalidates this survey (along with Florida State).

At one point believe it was a teachers' college. May have been able to spread it throuh their network to pad online votes or something perhaps.

Just a guess. Somewhat like our boards signaling to vote in some surveys?

Kind of a wierd, skewed sample population: only those takng Prep4SAT, don't you think? I wonder if the legions of students who don't take SAT prep courses have the same preferences? Wait, no I don't.
