Evidently the Clinton campaign is now advising the Mayor of Cologne Germany after several women reported being assaulted at New Years Celebration by a mob of "dark skinned middle eastern males", The Mayor advised females to adopt a "code of conduct" concerning their behavior in public including their manner of garb, their staying clear of certain males and sticking in groups. The Clinton campaign advised them to handle it just like they handled female complaints about Bill recommending a systematic blaming of the females and if necessary destruction of their reputations
