Yeah when he struggles though, the whole team seems to struggle. Despite that, they put up a hell of an effort and they still are very much on pace to make the tournament.sounds like Ace forgot this is a team game?

Maybe watch the gamesounds like Ace forgot this is a team game?
In order to make the tournament, they probably are going to have to win upwards of four Big 10 road games. Where do you see those road wins occurring? Also, they've only played three teams with a pulse (four if you count VT), and they're 1-2 in those games (2-2 if you count VT). That percentage isn't going to qualify for the tournament.Yeah when he struggles though, the whole team seems to struggle. They did just dominate #8 Purdue so clearly they have talent and potential to make the Dance. In order to make the tournament, they probably are going to have to win upwards of four Big 10 road games. It just seems like even the good teams are losing on the road with regularity. Already this season, Purdue lost at PSU, Illinois lost at Northwestern, Maryland lost at Purdue, Rutgers lost at OSU, etc. UCLA actually got a big road win at Oregon on Sunday, which was big. I just think that even the really good teams are going to be lucky to finish .500 on the road, especially with the additions of the West Coast schools..They did just dominate #8 Purdue so clearly they have talent and potential to make the Dance.
I have not handicapped the B10 hoops teams for this season so not sure who is good, average or bad. A topline assessment is that I think the conference is strong and not sure there will be any easy wins on the road. With that said we should be strong at home and go 8-2, maybe 9-1 or 7-3. If we can squeeze 3 wins on the road while going 7-3 at home then we should make it. I gotta believe we can go 3-7 on the road.
He missed a couple layups that I've not seen him miss before. I think he just had a frustrating night. Anyone who's ever played the game understands how he must've felt. I don't think he'll have another game quite like that the rest of the season. It didn't come across that way, but I'm not an avid watcher. He just didn't have a good game and it seems as he goes this team goes.
Rutgers is probably much better than the record coming in indicates. That matters too.
