Tone Carr was named SE-PA Player of the Year. Carr led Roman Catholic to two straight PCL titles and State titles. Carr avreged 15ppg, while totaling six rebounds and five assists per game. Carr has one of the best two months of basketball that PA has seen, pretty much out Roman on his back. One of the more impressive seasons for a PG I have seen. Really made the transition for Lamar Stevens seemless and was okay with Lamar getting his. Once it was time, Carr can up huge. Congratulations Tone, he is the back to back PA player of the year, impressive.
