claimed that the only 2 tiered system of justice is against blacks. She claimed that blacks were audited 4x more than everybody else.

I decided to look into this because it doesn't make sense that the IRS would spend a lot of time auditing a group that tends to have low incomes and a large percentage pay minimal to negative income taxes to begin with. It turns out that the issue is the Earned Income Tax Credit. If you want to talk about "loopholes" this is a big one amounting to $70 billion in 2019 alone.

It turns out that the IRS estimates that between 22% and 26% of EITC claims are made fraudulently or in error and that amounts to nearly $20 billion per year. The incorrect filings are typically due the biological father and mother filing separately and both claiming the refundable credit. IRS computers kick these "errors" out automatically (same SS# claimed by multiple people). A "taxpayer" letter is automatically generated. It's not like human IRS auditors are assigned to investigate the earnings records of low income taxpayers.

So what do you say libs? Are the computers that kick this stuff out racist? Should the IRS require individuals to list their race on their tax returns so blacks can be given a pass?
