Conversation with a Millennial last weekend

So, I was out and about and met a Millennial (and his wife and kids).

I asked him how he felt about America and the Baby Boomers.

He said, well... not good. We are inheriting a 23 Trillion debt from that generation and an off-balance-sheet liability of $70 Trillion. Then, there's the political capture of the White House, Senate, Supreme Court and Fed. Only the House of Representatives stands alone and the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 permitting Gerrymandering.

He continued citing the environment and how crass and callous one generation can be even to raise the temperature of Planet Earth one degree. This is when his baby daughter started to cry. He spoke how the Baby Boomers murdered Class Mobility and how healthcare costs are a "joke" and that going to college was the wrong decision. He wondered why baby boomers won't fix the infrastructure they ruined and why America is falling behind in PISA scores (all the while spending more than any country).

When I asked how he felt about War with Iran he said, "That's great... now tens of thousands of Millennials will die and inherit another $10-$20 Trillion cost. He said it was the Baby Boomers responsible for the failed Privatized Prisons and the marketing of OxyContin contributing to Millennial addiction to opioids.

He said Baby Boomers will die from old age; Generation Z will die from climate Change. And, Millennials will never ever know retirement. He mentioned how Conrad-Greg and Simpson-Bowles were killed in the Senate deliberately to keep Millennials slaves.

At this point, his wife began to cry.
