Cosby judge declares mistrial

...what happens to the Cosby confession to drugging and raping this accuser, which he signed and paid big $$$s to have this situation squelched years ago?...

Spanier's jury foreman said he had regrets.
FWIW:

He said that IF Spanier had put up ANY defense he would have held out for acquittal.
(Something that anyone who has actually been following the proceedings of the various trials, and has an IQ above room temperature, should have known was a requirement)

".....
Had Mr. Spanier taken the stand, Mr. Black said, the jury foreman said he would have remained a holdout during deliberations.

“Definitely,” said Mr. Black when asked whether Mr. Spanier’s testimony would have led him to hang the jury. “Because even with the way it was, I came that close.”.......
"

Hell of a lot easier to stand fast as a "not guilty" vote, when the defendant actually - you know - makes a case that he is "not guilty"

Somehow:
Three bright, well-educated defendants - and their teams of expensive lawyers - none of them could see that .
Or could they?
Who's willing to ask those questions?
Aside from someone who lives in my house :) - - - I haven't seen anyone.

Now, someone defend the PSU Three's "genius time" decisions...... again. :)

The problem is they would have to justify the notes and emails to another attorney and it wasn't a good look. Not one they wanted to roll the dice on, but you can talk tough when it isn't your trial I guess.

Here is a statement from Camille Cosby. I don't have a strong opinion of whether her husband is guilty of the charges or not, but I see a lot of parallels with the Penn State fiasco (after all they are both products of the Pennsylvania criminal justice system):

-heinous, exploitive, and ambitous prosecutors

-judge that overtly and arrogantly colloborates with the prosecutors

-unethical counsel for the accusors

-blatantly vicious media that continually disseminates intential omissions of the truth for the primary purpose of greedily selling sensationalism at the expense of human life

-truth can be subdued, but not destroyed

You're an irrelevant idiot on a plethora of topics.
It is no surprise you would be an "onion skin" deep thinker on this one as well (less than "onion skin", actually, but I was trying to be nice).

Not to mention, one of the most adamant zealots for maintaining your own ignorance and stupidity, ever to troll the Interwebs.

Congratulations.

Go play with yourself.

LOL Barry. Post another hit video tool and keep living in fantasy land. You would have went down with the ship as you're a real hero in your own head. It's so odd that you never get more traction....so odd? Hmmm, what could it be?

The Cosby case was prosecuted by the current Penn State Alumni Association President (who never attended Penn State) and future Board of Trustee member Kevin Steele. http://variety.com/2017/biz/news/bill-cosby-mistrial-district-attorney-justice-1202469562/
