Many of the same issues we saw last year. They tend to lose focus and intensity for long segments of time. The coaching staff has no ability to adjust during the game- they wait for half time. As a result, Penn State ends up giving away two quarters of each game where they do nothing. (Like the second quarter today when they got a grand total of 10 yards).
