Danny Kanell loves to hate PSU. Never misses

He's a product of Free Shoes U. Bobby "good friend of Joe and Sue Paterno" is probably still coaching him in his earpiece.

I can only imagine what this uninformed dbag said. Fact is that Hacks freshman year he had an NFL WR and three starting NFL lineman surrounding him. Since then the sanctions have had their intended effect. Hack is a good QB with tons of potential but let's not lay his career on Franklin....

Kanell is the latest evolution of the ESPN BROadcaster. Emphasis on the BRO. Will make you long for the days of Stewart Scott and Scott Van Pelt by the time he's finished.

Kannel said Hack should leave PSU because he gets sacked/hit too often. I just don't think he should use his platform to tell a kid to leave school early. He could have just as easily told him to get the ball out of his hand quicker in my opinion. Seems to me a person announcing college athletics shouldn't tell someone not to play anymore.

Well Hackenberg is leaving PSU so it's kind of a moot point.

Have Kanell and Jessie Palmer even been sighted in the same room?

Between the 2 of them, they wouldn't have enough intellect to poach an egg.

Can't stand Kannel, especially for his comments after everything happened, but I don't have a issue with what he said here. He is on TV as an analysis. A lot of people on here said what Kannel said.

Those are valid observations. That being said a more objective announcer like Todd Blackledge or Kirk Herbstreit might have addressed the matter in a more fair manner.

Kamel said it in a dbag way but I can not disagree with his general premise. With no line, Hack has taken a beating the last two years.

Well, like most he has an opinion. He is the same as all. He is entitled to his own wrong opinion.

espn's day is coming. They're hemorrhaging money. Disney can't sell them. FS1 is on the verge of doing to them what FNC did to CNN. That new btn contract will be interesting to say the least.

He is wearing a nice turtleneck! Burt Reynolds just loves it.

No one called him a liar. Just because an analyst speaks the truth doesn't make it appropriate does it?

Palmer actually is pretty smart and seems to do his homework. I don't get the hate on him.
You are incredibly easily impressed.

The man has the intellect of a 12 year old school girl (or boy.......don't want to be sexist :) )
