Dante Cephas status

Just curious and I was under the impression that he would be the #1 receiver and now at least in the big ten channel on Penn State he wasn't ever mentioned and I guess is in the mix for the #3... what is up... personally I like that our 1 & 2 are recruits and not transfers but for a while he was all we heard about.
