Darrelle Revis may be facing charges for altercation in Pittsburgh

This evening's local news said that the altercation was witnessed by a city cop from his (personal?) vehicle. He drove around the block and found victim(s) lying on the ground.

Revis' attorney has stated that Revis was the victim.

Nothing good happens after 2 in the morning.

He knocked two guys out cold. Now, unless you can prove those two guys took a swing at you first, that's assault. Two counts. A good team of lawyers will see to it that he never sees any time for it, but it's on the rap sheet now and if he slips up again, he'll do some time.

Another illiterate pitt thug using what he learned at pitt to terrorize the innocent public. When will it stop? There is example after example of pitt thugs committing violent crimes. Recall when Rod Rutherford smashed a car windshield with his bare hands and pulled a young women through the broken glass. Recall Darnell Dinkins destroying a fleet of new vehicles. It goes on and on. The pitt football program should be given the death penalty. The only problem is that their fan base is so puny that nobody would notice.

Dear lord, what is wrong with you? What does being a former Pitt player have to do with this?

Penn State has had its share of issues too. I'm too lazy to list them all, but we've had guys push/punch people, abuse women, etc. Revis doesn't exactly have a long criminal record.

Furthermore, let's all get out the pitch forks, presume guilt, and call for Revis to be banned from the NFL as he rots in a jail cell. It's not like Penn State has had any issues where guilt was presumed....right? o_O

If you check out the Lair, PSU is mentioned very early on in the Revis threads, and not in a flattering way. Hopefully you went over there and had them check their attitudes, as well, since you are going to lecture LemonEars.

No, I don't go to the Lair because I don't care one iota about Pitt or what they do or say. I can't help it you, LemonEars, and a few others have a hardon for them.

Furthermore, we are better people than that. Just because someone else mentions Penn State's issues doesn't mean we have to term someone an illegitimate thug when the facts are not known.

I've changed my opinion on this. Revis isn't guilty. All his lawyer has to do is play tapes of his performance with the Jets this past season. Revis isn't capable of hitting anyone.
