When I first heard the findings on Deflategate it had an eerie resemblance to verbage used by Freeh as well as condemning Tom Brady on a few texts. Today Brady's attorney gave an excellent rebuke to the findings. many of the things he said were similar to what was said to condemn the Freeh report. Number 1 Wells is on the NFL's contractor lists for services to the NFL. He says this is typical of these reports where a conclusion is reached and then to try to fit facts and innuendo and subjective assumptions to validify those conclusions. He also said Brady spent almost all day with them(Wells attorneys) and it was clear they didn't know much about football and all Brady's information they collected was not used in the report at all except for a footnote.
We, as Penn Staters, have been able to acquire unique perspective as to how supposedly credible professional people are experts in doing hatchet jobs for their employer. I have a feeling Brady will spend as much as he needs to to clear his name and maintain his reputation. because he is being accused on very flimsy and assumptive material just like Joe was. Joe couldn't fight back because he died but I sure as hell hope Brady does.
