I take little joy in posting this because it could have been real, but I did get a kick out of our local democratic politician spouting before the facts were ascertained.....

"This hatred and fear must stop. I attended the vigil at U of M this afternoon in memory of the New Zealand victims and there is now an active shooter on campus in Mason Hall on the Diag. People gathering for peace, to fight this hate and madness....now they have been knocked down by panic and are hiding in bathrooms, and classrooms.
