I saw on GoPSUSports yesterday that the demolition of the Press Box is going to take place on Saturday, and PSU is turning it into Watch Party.

It would probably cost more in time then they would make from selling pieces from the press box. The construction timeline is so tight that they simply don't have time to waste scrapping those kinds of things.Yes, they invited the public to come znd watch. Is it am implosion or taking it down mechanically?
Surprising I haven’t heard if them selling bricks, chairs, or other pieces as souvenirs,
There won't be explosives involved, probably just cut structural steel at strategic locations and just pull it over with heavy equipment or lift sections out with a large crane.Yes, they invited the public to come znd watch. Is it am implosion or taking it down mechanically?

That’s pretty funny.Too bad they waited until it was empty.
It would be more impressive with explosives like TaMU:There won't be explosives involved, probably just cut structural steel at strategic locations and just pull it over with heavy equipment or lift sections out with a large crane.
Actually they are going to sell signs and other salvaged items at a later date. I also saw that they will be charging $1 or $2 to park. The Pennsylvania attorney general should take note, I believe he now has a prima facie case that the Penn State administration is engaged in price gouging for parking at football games played at Beaver Stadium.Yes, they invited the public to come znd watch. Run for the board of trustees. Maybe you can get thrown off like that other bozo.Actually they are going to sell signs and other salvaged items at a later date. Are you calling me a bozo?Run for the board of trustees. Maybe you can get thrown off like that other bozo.
Where is David Jones when you really need him?Too bad they waited until it was empty.

You could probably just have some guy lean on it!There won't be explosives involved, probably just cut structural steel at strategic locations and just pull it over with heavy equipment or lift sections out with a large crane.
Well, I was on the board of directors for one of the premier public school districts in Pennsylvania for over nine years. Re-elected twice before I moved out of the district and stepped down. Our credit rating was around 500 highest of the approximately 510 districts in the state at that time. We had a .750 winning percentage across all varsity sports. And we built two beautiful elementary schools at the lowest cost per square foot in the whole state. All of this was accomplished with excellent academic ratings and percentages of graduates attending college. So I’m quite confident that I could do the job. The problem is I am honest and served on the board solely to give back to my school that gave me my start, not for personal gain like the Penn State trustees. In fact I didn’t even have children during my time on the board. So on further consideration I don’t think I would be a good fit for the Penn State board. If the big shoe fits
thats mostly concrete where the Beav is metal. can easily cut the metal to make it fall exactly how you want and no need for tntIt would be more impressive with explosives like TaMU:
