We have seen countless posts here about the problems with our offensive line. A big one we hear is communication.
But i only buy that for so long. These guys have been playing together for awhile. Look at other schools. Cohesion comes pretty quickly for them as new blood comes in. But lets put that aside for now.
Size wise they all look big enough to compete in the big 10.
So what does it take for them to get ready? What do the position coaches need to do?
Alot of it comes down to technique.
Are they teaching them the proper footwork?
Are they teaching them how to use their hands properly.
Are they teaching them how to come out of their stance?
Are they teaching them how to use their core.
Are they working with the players to develop the proper hand eye coordination?
Know the one thing that can't be tought is nastiness and attitude.
