how bad Minny's rushing attack is? Ranked #121 out of 130 teams at a 105 yard per game average. We are #5 in rush defense.

Their QB is a game manager type who dinks and dunks with no deep threats.

Cold weather, we should be able to shut them down and rely on Warren and the run game with some passes to our RBs.

Would be nice to see Denmark get another shot. I know he had a bad drop vs Purdue but give him another shot.

I didn't see that. however, I believe their RBs are at the top in terms of pass catches and yards. So it looks like they try to extend their running game with a short passing game to the RBs. That will put pressure on our LBers. Darrius Taylor has 45 catches and his backup has 18. Our two RBs have 36 catches combined compared to their 63.

That's a good point and our LBs need to be ready. Carter could spy on their RBs as well.

I'm not real familiar with Minny, but that many catches by backs tends to show poor oline play with a lot of safety valve dump offs. If so 13 needs to play under control and make solid tackles.

He's really improved from standpoint of doing his job over the past two games. He's starting to learn that at this level, he's not the biggest, baddest, fastest athlete on the field who is relied upon to make every play.
