The medical marijuana stuff combined with decriminalizing weed have led to some issues with firearms ownership. It’s obviously still illegal federally and you must answer no in your 4473 form when buying a gun when asked about using illegal drugs.
So we will see, btw , medical marijuana might be the biggest scam going. Any health care provider can sign off on it from what I understand . Almost anything is an indication to smoke weed.
