He is in the mix for 149 and 157. 149 is a bit of a mystery. Lots of indications that Retherford will be at 149 next year, after redshirting this year. If Retherford returns at 141, then Beitz, Dinmore, and incoming fresh Vincenzo Joseph will be battling for the spot. 157 seems to be Jason Nolf's spot for next year (he redshirted as a true fresh this year). Dinmore might be his top competitor for the spot, providing he doesn't win at 149. 165, which you didn't ask about, appears to be a battle between Hammonnd, Coy Law (both wrestled there this year), and Shakur Rasheed (true fresh that redshirted). If Hammond or Law don't win 165, one of them might drop to 157. Rasheed has no chance of dropping to 157, and may have gotten too big for 165.

he grayshirted. I believe (not certain of what his exact status was) he wasn't a full-time student, which meant that his college eligibility did not start. That's also the reason that he wasn't on the roster, as he wasn't a full-time student.

I was one of Gary's coaches in H.S. Tom.....but this whole year has sorta been a mystery back home here trying to figure out his exact status. U explained things essentially as I have heard them....thx
