...knowing there is a very real chance that someday Lubrano and company and/or Spanier and/or Paterno et al. will actually obtain access to raw correspondence between him and Freeh?

Will he lose his lucrative job?

Will he be exposed for criminal fraud?

We all know that something really rotten is in those files. What is it?

Kenny believes he's bulletproof. If anyone starts throwing accusations his way, he'll just play the race card again.

That only protects him if the core documents never get revealed. Once those are out there, even that won't help.

So far, they've managed to dodge any recriminations. This is probably not the first time he's been in situations like this, and most of the time they escape undamaged. He is probably sleeping just fine.

Hell, if not for Lubrano and company, he would definitely have escaped undamaged from this, and so far he's still managed to be Teflon.

(Black Teflon. There. I said it.)

I confronted former Trustee David Jones at a Coaches Caravan stop last year. Among other things, I asked him that exact question and you know what his answer was? Just fine. These people really believe that what they did was in the university's best interest. When you've convinced yourself that a lie is true, you sleep soundly.

I hope he hasn't slept a wink in years...

I recently read the testimony of a scientist regarding the impact of Vioxx. He used airplane crashes as an analogy. Imagine commerical airline disasters at the rate of two or three per week for five years. Ken Frazier screwed as many families of victims as he possibly could. That is how this man earned his spurs. What he did to Joe and company comes natural to misanthropes like Ken and is SITF bed buddies.

Don't know if Kenny sleeps well at night but if he doesn't, it's not because of anything related to PSU.

Will he lose his lucrative job?

Depends on the fortunes of Merck

Will he be exposed for criminal fraud?

Not a chance.

It's the smell of fear of finding nothing damaging to Frazier or Freeh.
