I follow the measurement instructions and it's nothing like the measurements you would get at a Men's Warehouse.

I have an Indochino custom suit and a few shirts. I went to there retail location in DC for my first set of measures. I don’t recall how different they were but I wanted to make sure they were right. BTW I found SuitSupply to be worth the extra money - way better fabric and construction.

I'm not close to a store so I'm trying to do my own measurements. A lot more measurements than what they do at Men's Warehouse. Things like your wrist and your crotch.

The waist measurement was discouraging. I usually wear size 34 waist but when I measure I get 39". How can this be? I'm learning that size 34 doesn't mean 34".

It’s called ‘vanity sizing’ and it’s been happening for years.

According to Nigel (tony kornheiser show) all you need is a ‘rope and a yardstick’
