I think PSU fans should be rooting for Wisconsin. We should want the Big Ten West Division's representative in the CCG to have at least two losses coming into the CCG. That way, PSU has a better shot at a BCS bowl invite in the event PSU finishes the regular season at 10-2 but does not get into the CCG, and the latter seems pretty likely.

Yes, exactly.

A 2-loss non West division champion Nebraska could be a problem, however --- they will be very attractive to the BCS Bowls themselves. They travel well, and have only been to 1 Rose Bowl post-World War II. The Rose may well be interested in them.
