who they want? And would they take Michigan over Penn State or Wisconsin. Michigan seems to be this year's Darling's among the writers and especially Delany.

Rose Bowl has to take the winner of the Bigten unless they are choosen for the Play Off. If they are choosen then the Rose has to pick another Bigten team and it is the Rose Bowl's choice who it is.

Unless the Rose Bowl is part of the CFB, it's not this year, they HAVE to take the B1G champion.

Basically IMO Michigan is locked into the Orange. Winner to Rose, loser to Cotton.

Unless PSU or Wisky goes to the CFP.
