Having an outstanding lawsuit won't help the democrats' cause in 2022 because when it comes to midterm elections the issues are more localized than national. Yes? But by 2024 SCOTUS will have heard the case. They will have slapped it down because states are supposed to control the elections, not the federal government. So democrats will go into the 2024 general election with the court ruling GA's voting law isn't "voter suppression." Bad move by democrats. You guys will have lost the narrative.
